Siruk Media retains ownership of all intellectual property created by us in the course of providing our services, including but not limited to website designs, graphics, and code. We grant our clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the intellectual property solely for the purpose of operating their website. Clients may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide Siruk Media with accurate and complete information necessary to provide our services. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content of their website is accurate, complies with applicable laws, and does not infringe on any third-party rights. Clients must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy and data protection.

Warranty and Disclaimer

Siruk Media warrants that its services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. However, we do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Siruk Media’s liability to clients is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services in question. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is further limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving written notice. Siruk Media may also terminate this agreement upon written notice if the client fails to pay fees when due or otherwise breaches these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Siruk Media is based. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction.

Amendments

Siruk Media may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Siruk Media and its clients with respect to the services provided by Siruk Media. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
